IRB Meeting Schedule & HRPO Calendar

The deadline time for all full board submissions is 3:00 p.m. on the deadline date. 

The Meeting Dates and Deadlines listed are for submissions to which require review by the Full Board only.  Submissions that may be reviewed via the Expedited procedure or Exempt submissions are reviewed on an ongoing basis.

All submissions requiring Full Board review must be submitted and determined to be complete by the HRPO on or before the date of the submission deadline. Only submissions deemed complete by the HRPO by 3:00 PM on the date of the submission deadline will be considered for the corresponding IRB meeting date.

Due to volume constraints, committee member availability, and unforeseen circumstances, some submissions may be assigned to the subsequent IRB meeting. If your study is moved, the change will be reflected within IRBManager.
