Biannual healthcare and wellness pitch competition where early-stage ideas compete for cash prizes, mentorship, and access to I-Corps programming.
Eligibility: Tulane faculty, staff, students (undergraduate, graduate, medical, and PhD), postdocs, residents, fellows, and alumni within two years of graduation.
Typical Timing: Applications typically open in January and August; competitions are usually held in April and October.
Campus-wide idea competition for bold early-stage concepts from any discipline, designed to lower barriers to entrepreneurship.
Eligibility: Tulane faculty, staff, students, postdocs, residents, fellows, and community members in the Greater New Orleans area.
Typical Timing: Applications typically open in May; competition is generally held in September.
Tulane Innovation Institute's flagship startup competition awarding $50,000 in non-dilutive funding to top ventures.
Eligibility: For-profit and nonprofit startups that have participated in Green Wave Innovation Network mentoring.
Typical Timing: Applications open in the fall, deadlines are usually in January, and finals are held in March.
Weekly pitch practice sessions hosted by the Albert Lepage Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Eligibility: Primarily open to Tulane students exploring or developing venture ideas.
