The Office of Research is pleased to offer audiovisual support for research-related activities.  Our services include support for videoconferencing, teleconferencing, and webinars for research investigators.You can now connect with your research colleagues via Zoom, Blackboard Collaborate, Skype, ViewMe, Bluejeans, GoToMeeting, Google Talk, and other compatible software-based videoconferencing platforms.

The services are provided at no charge on a first-come first-served basis by Tim Trepagnier, Audiovisual Specialist, in the Office of Research. Tim has extensive experience in pre-event logistics, including scheduling meeting rooms with videoconferencing equipment, testing and ensuring system compatibility with remote locations, and providing technical assistance for on-line meetings, seminars, conferences, and similar research-related activities. Tim's office is located in the J. Bennett Johnston (JBJ) building on the Downtown Campus, where he provides support for the Multi-Media Resource Room (Room 504, which can accommodate up to 40 participants), a smaller room for videoconferencing with colleagues (Room 574, which can accommodate up to 10 participants), as well as the TU Conference Room (Room 111A) and the adjacent Atrium, which are located on the first floor of the JBJ. Tim can also provide technical assistance on the Uptown Campus and work with colleagues at the Tulane National Primate Research Center in Covington.
