CRISPR-Based Methods and Novel compositions for Treating Vascular Disorders
Background
Tulane University is actively seeking commercial entities to further develop and commercialize CRISPR-based compositions and methods of use to impair or promote angiogenesis.
Applications
Controlling angiogenesis in patients has implication in many disease states including tumor growth, age-related macular degeneration, and cancer metastasis.
Current Work
These compositions have been explored with in vitro assays including EC-fibroblast co-culture.
