All animal orders, import/export of animals, and transportation must be processed through the DCM. Animals may only be ordered on IACUC approved protocols that have an adequate number of animals remaining. An account authorization form must be on file with the DCM. An online request must be completed for each animal order using the animal order form. To import animals from vendors not listed below, submit an import/export form.
